Scott is a futurist, multi-jurisdiction qualified lawyer, and responsible officer for a regulated virtual assets business. He is a fintech entrepreneur, value creator, public speaker, and thought leader. As co-founder of Tokinvest, Scott aims to democratize access to the world's most desirable assets.

He has been a director of Hedera LLC for over five years and an observer on the Hbar Foundation board. Previously, Scott founded and led TOKO, a tokenization and digital assets management platform, securing the first full-market Broker-Dealer and Exchange Services VASP Licenses and structuring the world's first debt tokenization transaction.
