Adam Swartzbaugh is the Founder and CEO of Almond FinTech. Prior to founding Almond in 2020, he held a variety of positions ranging from Disaster Relief Project Manager for the Tsunami Relief Center to Co-Founder of Kid Launch and The GENESIS Network, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, to Special Forces Officer in the US Army. Fed up by the pace of innovation within the cross-border payment industry, Adam founded Almond Fintech to help financial institutions and their customers embrace fast, affordable, and transparent cross-border transactions. Today, Adam is regularly featured in FinTech publications and speaks at events and conferences across the country. Adam holds a joint MPA-MBA degree from Harvard and MIT.
