Murli Adury

Managing Director and Global Head of Affluent Segment Propositions and Wealth Sales and Distribution, Standard Chartered Bank, Singapore

Murli Adury is currently the Managing Director and Global Head of Affluent Segment Propositions and Wealth Sales and Distribution. He has been with Standard Chartered in Singapore since January 2020. In this role, he is responsible for client acquisitions and the launch of new propositions such as Priority Private, as well as RM sales management and productivity. Prior to this, he was at HSBC in Hong Kong as Head of Premier and Jade client propositions. He started his banking career with Citibank in New York before moving to Singapore in 2009, where he was responsible for the launch and management of Citi’s HNW business – Citigold Private Client.

Murli has an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and previously worked as an Engineering Consultant in the United States. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, Thai cooking, and reading history.
