Patrick is a certified CISO and seasoned IT leader with over 20 years in IT leadership, cybersecurity, GRC, and digital transformation. As Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Data Connect Technologies, he oversees IT Operations, PMO, GRC, and Cybersecurity teams. Previously, he was Director of Digital Transformation and Global Head of PMO at Rakuten. Patrick holds a Chester MBA and a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science and Business IT from Birmingham University, with certifications including PMP, CISM, CISA, CCISO, AI, and AWS. He ensures compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, and GDPR, and frequently speaks at CIO/CISO conferences. He is a member of ISACA Singapore Chapter, AISP, and SCS.
