We are delighted to announce that Kamlesh Nagware, one of India’s most respected blockchain leaders and global Web3 influencers, will be joining us as a speaker at FinTech Week 2026, scheduled for 16–17 February 2026 in Dubai.

Kamlesh Nagware is a TEDx speaker and Co-Founder of FSV Capital, with over 15 years of deep expertise across software development, IT consulting, and emerging blockchain innovations. Recognized as one of the Top 30 Blockchain Influencers in India, Kamlesh has consistently contributed to shaping the direction of distributed ledger technology both in India and internationally.

He is a founding member of the India Blockchain Forum, an industry body working closely with policymakers, enterprises, and innovators to build India’s Web3 and digital asset ecosystem. Kamlesh also serves as the Hyperledger India Co-Chair and previously contributed as a member of the Hyperledger Technical Steering Committee (TSC 2021–22), actively influencing the roadmap and governance of the global Hyperledger ecosystem.

His leadership extends further as he serves as Co-Chair of IEEE Blockchain, fostering global collaboration on blockchain research, standards, and enterprise adoption. Throughout his career, Kamlesh has worked with global companies such as Mphasis (HP Company), Capgemini, and IBM, where his blockchain journey began in 2016. At IBM, he contributed to enterprise blockchain projects, mentored startups in the IBM Accelerator Program, and was a part of the IBM Academy of Technology.

Kamlesh later served as the CTO of Snapper Future Tech, leading multiple blockchain transformation initiatives across finance, supply chain, identity, and public-sector governance. He is also a mentor and advisor to several startups in Web3, tokenization, CBDCs, and digital asset infrastructure. His contributions to sustainability tech are notable through his role as Vice-Chair of the Hyperledger Climate Action & Accounting SIG.

Kamlesh has been a speaker at major global conferences across fintech, blockchain, digital assets, and climate-tech, including his TEDx talk in 2022, further establishing him as a sought-after thought leader.
