FinTech Week Dubai 2026 was honoured to feature Stewart A. Stockdale, Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Rellevate, Inc., as a keynote speaker during the prestigious gathering held on 16–17 February 2026 at Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek.

In his keynote session, “Digital Banking & Innovative Payments – Helping Those That Need It Most,” Stewart shared a compelling perspective on how fintech innovation must go beyond convenience and profitability to address financial inclusion at scale. Drawing on decades of global leadership experience, he highlighted the urgent need to design digital banking ecosystems that serve middle- and lower-income communities with transparency, efficiency, and dignity.

As the driving force behind Rellevate, Stewart has led the development of employer-based digital banking and payment solutions that enable earned wage access, bill pay, domestic and cross-border transfers, and streamlined disbursements. During his address, he emphasized that financial empowerment begins with access — access to timely wages, affordable payment infrastructure, and tools that simplify money management. By embedding digital financial services directly into employer ecosystems, fintech companies can remove barriers and create measurable social and economic impact.

Stewart also reflected on his leadership journey across some of the world’s most recognized financial institutions, including Western Union, Mastercard, American Express, Procter & Gamble, and J.G. Wentworth. These experiences, he noted, reinforced a central principle: innovation in payments must be purpose-driven. Technology alone is not transformative unless it is intentionally designed to improve lives.

A recognized industry leader and one of Bloomberg Businessweek’s Top CEOs of Tomorrow, Stewart provided strategic insights into the evolution of global payments infrastructure, the convergence of digital banking and payroll solutions, and the importance of regulatory collaboration in scaling inclusive financial services. His session resonated strongly with delegates, fintech founders, regulators, and investors seeking sustainable growth models aligned with social responsibility.

FinTech Week Dubai 2026 brought together global leaders shaping the future of payments, security, AI, digital banking, and cross-border innovation. Stewart’s keynote served as a powerful reminder that the future of fintech lies not only in technological advancement, but in expanding financial access to those who need it most.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Stewart A. Stockdale for sharing his vision and leadership with our international fintech community.
